Advance Notice Required

We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another guest and helps our technicians plan their day.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment through any of the following:

  • Call or text us at (732) 410-0051
  • Use our online booking page (chat with Cosmo)
  • Ask our AI phone assistant, Cosmo, to modify or cancel your booking

Late Arrivals

Out of respect for all guests, appointments will be shortened or may need to be rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee the full service duration when a session starts late.

No-Show Policy

We understand that unexpected things happen. If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible — even after the fact. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in being asked to prepay for future bookings.

Same-Day Appointments

Appointments booked on the same day are exempt from the 24-hour notice window. However, please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel a same-day booking.
